>ROLE OVERVIEW
If you naturally notice hooks, pacing, camera angles, transitions, and why some reels blow up while others don’t, this role is for you. This is your opportunity to showcase your own creativity. We’re looking for someone who can both shoot and edit short-form content built for attention. Not traditional filmmaking. Not slow cinematic edits. We create performance-driven content designed for Instagram, Meta ads, and modern brands.
>RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shoot and edit vertical content for brands, founders, and UGC ads
- Plan scroll-stopping shot visuals based on your creativity
- Coordinate with the production manager to plan and manage the shoot efficiently
- Organise raw footage
- AI video generation
- Edit fast-paced reels optimised for retention
- Create engaging hooks, captions, pacing, and transitions
- Execute shoots with a small team
- Understand how content performs on social media
- Turn raw ideas into scroll-stopping videos
>MUST HAVES
- Must have shot and edited at least 25 reels to date.
- A good camera and laptop for editing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels & short-form storytelling
- Good eye for framing, lighting, and movement
- Strong editing sense for pacing and retention
- Skilled in Premiere Pro / DaVinci / CapCut
- Understanding of trends, hooks, and internet-native content
- Ability to work fast without compromising quality
