Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Equity Dealer to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing equity trades, managing client orders, providing market updates, and delivering excellent client service while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute equity buy and sell orders accurately through trading platforms.
- Assist clients with trade execution and investment-related queries.
- Monitor market movements and provide timely updates to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Ensure compliance with NSE, BSE, SEBI, and internal company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of trades and client interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth trade settlement and operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- NISM certification is preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience as an Equity Dealer or in the stock broking industry.
- Good knowledge of equity markets, trading platforms, and capital markets.
- Strong communication, analytical, and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and trading software.
