Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Management & Quality Assurance Manager with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management, vendor coordination, quality assurance, and site execution.
The candidate will be responsible for managing projects from planning to completion, coordinating with vendors and contractors, ensuring quality standards, monitoring project progress, and conducting regular site visits to ensure timely and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to successful completion.
- Develop project timelines, execution plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress against approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients.
- Identify project risks, delays, and operational challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure projects are completed within the defined time, cost, scope, and quality parameters.
- Maintain proper project documentation, reports, trackers, and MIS.
2. Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and service providers.
- Manage vendor communication and ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and project requirements.
- Track vendor performance, commitments, delivery schedules, and quality.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to avoid delays in project execution.
- Evaluate vendor performance and escalate issues wherever required.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for project-related requirements and payments.
- Ensure vendors and contractors comply with project specifications and company standards.
3. Quality Assurance & Quality Control
- Establish and monitor quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure materials, equipment, workmanship, and execution comply with approved specifications.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits at project sites.
- Identify quality deviations, defects, and non-conformities and ensure timely corrective action.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for resolution of quality-related issues.
- Maintain quality inspection reports, checklists, test reports, and relevant documentation.
- Ensure adherence to applicable industry standards, safety requirements, and company quality procedures.
4. Site Visits & Project Monitoring
- Conduct regular project/site visits to monitor execution and quality.
- Inspect project progress, workmanship, material usage, and installation activities.
- Verify work completed against approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project plans.
- Identify site-level issues and coordinate with relevant teams for immediate resolution.
- Prepare detailed site visit reports and share observations with management.
- Ensure corrective actions identified during site visits are completed within defined timelines.
- Travel to project locations as required for inspections, meetings, and execution monitoring.
5. Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Attend project review meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Address project-related concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain professional relationships with key project stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication of project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly project progress reports.
- Maintain project trackers, vendor performance reports, quality reports, and site inspection reports.
- Track project milestones, pending activities, material requirements, and critical issues.
- Maintain proper records of approvals, inspections, test reports, and project documentation.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, delays, risks, and corrective actions.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, or Operations.
- Experience in managing multiple projects, vendors, contractors, and site activities will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of project planning, execution, quality control, and vendor management.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to independently manage project responsibilities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Should be comfortable with frequent site visits and travel as required.
- Should be mature, professional, organized, and capable of handling multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, project trackers, and reporting tools.
- Candidates from Solar, Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, EPC, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, or closely related project-based industries will be preferred.

Compensation
Compensation/CTC: Competitive and commensurate with experience, industry knowledge, and suitability for the role.
Travel Requirement
Regular site visits and travel will be an integral part of the role. The candidate should be willing to travel to project locations as required for project monitoring, vendor coordination, quality inspections, and client meetings.
Pay: ₹464,178.05 - ₹1,776,015.64 per year
