Job Title: Manager Business Development

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales Strategy
Drive B2B sales and secure long-term contracts for the handling, pre-processing, co-processing, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous industrial waste.
Identify and penetrate new industrial clusters, manufacturing units, and corporate accounts to expand market share.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Formulate commercial proposals, negotiate pricing structures, and manage the end-to-end contract closure process.
2. Client Relationship & Key Account ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for key corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client retention.
Understand client-specific waste generation processes to recommend optimal and compliant environmental solutions.
Resolve client grievances and coordinate with operations to ensure seamless waste collection, tracking, and manifest management.
3. Market Intelligence & Regulatory LiaisonMonitor industry trends, competitor activities, and shifting pricing dynamics within the environmental services sector.
Work closely with internal compliance teams to ensure all sales agreements align perfectly with GPCB, CPCB, and local environmental legal frameworks.
Educate clients on regulatory changes and technical waste classification parameters to reinforce Peregrine Enviro's position as a trusted advisor.
4. Team Leadership & Internal CoordinationMentor, guide, and monitor the performance of field sales executives to ensure a high-performing pipeline.
Collaborate closely with the Plant Head and operational teams to align incoming sales volumes with plant processing capacity and throughput constraints.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline metrics, and CRM updates to senior leadership.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline. An MBA in Sales/Marketing is highly preferred.
Experience: 6–9 years of proven experience in B2B corporate sales, specifically within waste management, environmental services, industrial chemicals, or hazardous material handling sectors.
Core Competencies
Deep understanding of industrial waste management protocols and regulatory standards (PCB/CPCB rules).
Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and contract drafting skills.
Strong network within regional industrial zones and manufacturing plants.
Highly analytical with a metrics-driven approach to sales pipelines and customer lifetime value.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
