Job Title: Process Trainer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Process Trainer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for training new hires and existing employees on process knowledge, communication skills, product updates, and company policies to improve overall performance and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct induction and process training for new employees
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessments
- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback/coaching
- Conduct refresher training sessions for underperforming employees
- Maintain training reports, attendance, and performance records
- Coordinate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs
- Ensure employees meet company standards and client expectations
- Evaluate training effectiveness through tests and performance tracking
- Support continuous learning and development initiatives
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies
- Good interpersonal and coaching abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to handle multiple batches and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Process Trainer or similar role
- Experience in BPO/Customer Service/International Process preferred
