About the Role
Stark Engineering is urgently seeking an experienced and visionary BIM Manager to lead and drive our Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy for a major client project based at Technopark Phase-3, Trivandrum.
This leadership role is responsible for establishing BIM standards, governance frameworks, execution strategies, and ensuring seamless coordination across Architectural, Structural, and multidisciplinary project teams. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end BIM lifecycle, ensuring efficient project delivery, data integrity, and compliance with international BIM standards.
BIM Leadership & Strategy
- Lead BIM implementation across Architectural, Structural, and multidisciplinary projects.
- Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP), BIM standards, and project workflows.
- Establish BIM best practices and ensure consistent implementation across projects.
- Support project teams in achieving BIM deliverables and milestones.
Project Coordination
- Manage multidisciplinary model coordination and collaboration.
- Conduct coordination meetings and resolve model-related issues.
- Oversee clash detection, model reviews, and coordination using Navisworks.
- Ensure timely delivery of BIM models while maintaining quality standards.
Quality Assurance
- Perform BIM model audits and quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, company standards, and industry best practices.
- Monitor BIM deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Technology & Digital Delivery
- Manage Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360 environments.
- Support Common Data Environment (CDE) implementation and document management.
- Promote efficient BIM workflows and continuous process improvement.
- Evaluate and recommend new BIM technologies where applicable.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and support BIM Coordinators and BIM Modelers.
- Encourage continuous learning and BIM best practices within the team.
- Assist in resource planning, recruitment, and team development.
RequirementsExperience
- 5–8 years of experience in BIM implementation and project coordination.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading BIM teams or multidisciplinary BIM projects.
- Experience in Architectural and Structural BIM projects is essential.
- Experience working on international projects is an added advantage.
Technical Skills
Expert knowledge of:
- Autodesk Revit
- Autodesk Navisworks
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- BIM 360
- Model Coordination
- Common Data Environment (CDE)
- BIM Execution Planning (BEP)
Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM standards will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification
