Job Summary:
We are looking for result-driven Sales Engineers (2–5 years experience) who want to build a strong career in industrial B2B sales.
The role involves promoting specialty chemical solutions such as corrosion inhibitors, heat transfer fluids (glycols), descaling chemicals, and industrial cleaning solutions used in HVAC, refrigeration, packaging, manufacturing, and process industries.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive business from existing industrial customers and new accounts

Identify and convert new business opportunities

Build strong relationships with plant engineers, maintenance heads & purchase teams

Expand market presence and generate quality leads for new product lines

Manage sales pipeline and CRM reporting

Lead Generation & Market Expansion
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in industrial sales (preferably industrial products).
Proficiency in CRM software and lead management.
Excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
Ability to analyze market trends and competition.
Willingness to travel extensively (15-20 days per month).
