Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead the lifecycle management of our pharmaceutical portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing product strategies, planning and executing marketing initiatives, analyzing market trends, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned pharmaceutical products.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle, from launch planning to growth and portfolio optimization.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare annual marketing plans, promotional campaigns, and brand strategies.
- Design promotional materials, visual aids, leave-behinds, and scientific content for field teams.
- Train Medical Representatives and Sales Managers on product features, positioning, and competitive advantages.
- Monitor product performance, sales trends, prescription generation, and market share.
- Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to ensure successful product execution.
- Organize CMEs, doctor engagement programs, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with applicable pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in Product Management or Pharmaceutical Marketing.
- Prior experience in brand management within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and brand management.
- Knowledge of therapeutic segments and prescription generation.
- Market research and competitive analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
