Profile Overview
As a HR Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and assisting in various HR activities. Your primary focus will be hiring talent across Digital Marketing, Creative, and Technology domains, including roles such as Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Social Media Executives, SEO Specialists, PPC Experts, Content Writers, Web Designers, Developers, Project Coordinators, and Project Managers.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer coordination.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless interview experience.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Build and promote Blacklisted's employer brand through hiring campaigns and social media.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities whenever required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and hiring platforms.
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing, Creative, IT, or Technology roles will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, or other recruitment platforms.
- Strong networking and candidate engagement skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in HR.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
