Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's CRM platform and customer database.
- Create customer segments based on purchase history, behavior, and demographics.
- Plan, execute, and optimize email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Develop customer retention, loyalty, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Set up and monitor automated customer journeys (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back campaigns, etc.).
- Analyze campaign performance including open rate, CTR, conversion rate, repeat purchase rate, and revenue generated.
- Coordinate with the marketing, social media, and design teams to create engaging campaign content.
- Maintain data hygiene by updating and cleaning customer records regularly.
- Monitor customer feedback and work with support teams to improve customer experience.
- Prepare weekly and monthly CRM performance reports with actionable insights.
- Suggest new CRM strategies to improve customer lifetime value (CLV) and reduce customer churn.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
