Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of WordPress, front-end technologies, and website performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins
- Customize existing themes and plugins based on business requirements
- Ensure website performance, security, and responsiveness
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to implement website features
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and scalability
- Manage website updates, backups, and version control
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with WordPress CMS
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Experience with theme and plugin development/customization
- Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience with Git or version control systems is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with WooCommerce or eCommerce websites
- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with website hosting and server management
