WebMobril Technologies is hiring enthusiastic and motivated freshers for the role of Management Trainee – Business Development. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are looking to build a career in Business Development, IT Sales, and Client Relationship Management.
As a Management Trainee, you will receive hands-on training and work closely with experienced professionals to develop your business development and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and identify potential business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Coordinate meetings between clients and the technical team.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Update CRM records and maintain accurate sales reports.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Work towards achieving individual and team business goals.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, BCA, B.Tech, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 2025 and 2026 pass-out candidates are eligible.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
