Job Description – Area Sales Executive (Aluminium & Copper Industry)
Location: Delhi NCR

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales of Aluminium, Copper, and related metal products within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire customers from manufacturing, fabrication, electrical, cable, automotive, packaging, and engineering industries.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Monitor commodity market movements, including LME and MCX prices, and provide market insights to customers.
- Understand and support commodity hedging strategies to mitigate price fluctuations and business risks.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with customers.
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence reports, and business development plans.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track competitor activities, industry trends, and customer requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of sales experience in Aluminium, Copper, Non-Ferrous Metals, Metal Trading, or Commodity Trading.
- Strong understanding of commodity pricing mechanisms and hedging concepts.
- Knowledge of LME (London Metal Exchange), MCX, commodity futures, and metal market trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel across the assigned territory.
