Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager Finance Accounting, located in Jharsuguda. The role involves managing financial statements, overseeing budgeting processes, preparing and presenting financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and financial standards. Additionally, the Senior Manager will perform in-depth financial analysis to support key business decisions and will collaborate across teams to ensure adherence to financial goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and maintaining Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong understanding of Finance and Budgeting processes
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and support decision-making
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Solid knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualification is a plus
- Proven experience in financial management roles, preferably in construction industries
- Experience minimum 8-10 years.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
