Job Summary
AR Digital Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer (Meta Ads Expert) to plan, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience generating leads, increasing conversions, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
* Optimize campaigns to improve leads, conversions, and ROAS.
* Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting.
* Perform A/B testing for creatives, copy, and landing pages.
* Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
* Manage ad budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign performance.
* Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
* Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features and digital marketing trends.
Requirements
* 2-3 years of experience in Meta Ads or Performance Marketing.
* Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
* Experience with lead generation, conversion campaigns, and pixel/event tracking.
* Basic understanding of Google Analytics and campaign reporting.
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
