Executive Secretary OR Assistant
Our client is hiring an experienced Executive Secretary OR Assistant to support senior leadership and manage executive coordination in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and executive correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of Executive Secretary/Executive Assistant experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
