Job Summary: The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations, supervising security personnel, and ensuring the safety and security of people, property, and assets. The role includes enforcing security policies, responding to incidents, and maintaining a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of security officers.
Assign duties and monitor staff performance.
Conduct regular patrols and security inspections.
Respond to emergencies, incidents, and security breaches.
Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and access control systems.
Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel.
Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance.
Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, and management when necessary.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
