JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Business Manager – Delhi NCR will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing clients, and strengthening Studio Underground’s footprint across Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, and nearby areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead client meetings, deliver company presentations, and manage negotiations to convert business opportunities into successful projects.
Coordinate on-ground operations across Delhi–NCR, including client communication, project approvals, scheduling, and timely delivery follow-ups.
Requirements & QUALIFICATIONS
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in business development, sales etc.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Target driven approach.
Ability to handle senior, agency heads, and corporate decision-makers.
Target-driven mindset with excellent negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong proposal-writing ability.
Ability to work independently and travel across Delhi–NCR as needed.
