ROLE OBJECTIVE
Convert inbound leads into applications, deposits, and visa approvals for Ireland and UK.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Call all leads within 2 to 5 minutes
Understand student profile, budget, and goals
Suggest suitable countries and universities
Push for immediate next step such as documents, application, IELTS
Handle objections confidently
Follow up consistently until closure
Update CRM with proper lead stages
Work on daily and monthly targets
KPIs
100 to 120 calls per day
15 meaningful conversations per day
5 to 8 hot leads per day
2 to 3 applications per week
10 to 15 deposits per month
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in English and Hindi
Experience in study abroad or sales
Strong communication and closing skills
Target driven mindset
Fast response and follow up ability
SALARY
Fixed 20000 to 35000 INR
Incentives per application, per deposit, and bonus on visa success
IMPORTANT
We are not hiring a telecaller. We are hiring a sales closer who can convert leads into revenue.
