Job Description:
We are looking for a CDP in South Indian and north indian Cuisine to join our team at Viceroy Luxury Mountain Resort & Spa. As a CDP, you will work under the CHEF IN CHARGE, managing kitchen operations for South Indian cuisine, crafting authentic dishes, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities include overseeing food preparation, maintaining consistency, controlling costs, and upholding hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience as a CDP specializing in South Indian or north indian cuisine preferably in a resort or hotel.
- Well-versed in all aspects of South Indian cuisine and north indian cuisine, from traditional recipes to modern plating techniques.
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
