Position: Service Manager for Honda Workshop
Location: Tinsukia
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in automobile service operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the overall operations of the service workshop and ensure smooth functioning
- Achieve service revenue, labor sales, and customer satisfaction targets
- Lead, train, and motivate service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and quality standards
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and adherence to Honda service processes
- Handle customer complaints and resolve escalated service issues
- Monitor service appointments, job card management, and vehicle turnaround time
- Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure parts availability
- Implement service marketing activities to increase workshop footfall and customer retention
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and operational standards
- Prepare MIS reports and analyze workshop performance metrics.
