- Staff Management: Assigning daily cleaning tasks to housekeepers, managing shift schedules, and arranging coverage for absent employees.
- Quality Inspections: Routinely inspecting guest rooms, public restrooms, and common areas to verify they meet facility hygiene standards.
- Inventory Control: Monitoring the stock of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment, and placing orders when supplies run low.
- Training and Development: Instructing new and existing staff on proper commercial cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and guest service
