Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head to lead Mednevo's growth strategy in India. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with health insurance companies, TPAs, corporate organizations, hospitals, and healthcare partners, with a proven track record of building strategic partnerships that drive customer acquisition and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Mednevo's marketing and growth strategy across India.
- Build strategic partnerships with health insurance companies, TPAs, and corporate healthcare programs.
- Negotiate and manage insurance partnerships for cashless and reimbursement-based telemedicine services.
- Expand relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic laboratories, pharmacies, and wellness providers.
- Develop B2B and B2C marketing campaigns to increase patient and physician adoption.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic alliances.
- Work closely with the product, sales, and leadership teams to launch new healthcare services.
- Represent Mednevo at healthcare conferences, insurance forums, and industry events.
- Lead digital marketing, brand positioning, PR, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Track marketing KPIs, partnership performance, and return on investment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, health insurance, digital health, or healthcare partnerships.
- Strong network within Indian health insurance companies, TPAs, hospitals, and corporate healthcare organizations.
- Experience negotiating enterprise and strategic partnership agreements.
- Strong understanding of digital healthcare, telemedicine, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build and manage high-performing marketing and partnership teams.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with health insurance companies, TPAs, healthcare startups, or digital health platforms.
- Knowledge of corporate employee health benefit programs.
- Experience launching healthcare technology products in India.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and performance marketing.

Pay: ₹386,676.92 - ₹1,661,795.29 per year
