Deputy Manager—Design

The work you’ll do
- Lead design development for integrated, cross-channel campaigns across print, digital, web, email, social, video, and event-related assets.
- Translate stakeholder objectives and campaign strategy into distinctive visual concepts and execution approaches.
- Work closely with creative leadership to shape campaign direction and maintain a high standard of craft across deliverables.
- Manage the creative process across assigned projects, ensuring work is strategically aligned, visually strong, and delivered on time.
- Review, refine, and optimize design output from team members to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Create and oversee visuals across a variety of formats, including reports, infographics, presentations, social assets, event signage, web graphics, and visual identity elements.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing quality, speed, and stakeholder expectations.
- Build trust with stakeholders through strong communication, responsiveness, and dependable delivery.
- Coach and develop junior designers through structured feedback and practical guidance.

Work timing: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM (IST)
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 9–12 years of relevant professional experience in an agency, in-house, or corporate creative environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and executional work across multiple channels and formats.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and industry trending AI tools.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working directly with US-based stakeholders or in global delivery environments.
- Ability to balance creativity with business objectives, timelines, and production realities.
- Strong eye for detail and the ability to turn work around quickly without compromising quality.
- Experience mentoring peers and junior team members.
Preferred
- Experience working in an advertising agency or large, matrixed, global organization.
- Familiarity with executive communications, integrated campaigns, or internal communications.
- Proven experience in presenting ideas by having a strong executive presence.
