Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and standardize recipes as per approved SOPs.
- Support new product development (NPD) and product trials.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Train café staff on food and beverage preparation.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
- Support pre-launch and post-launch café operations.
Preferred Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in the QSR or café industry.
- Experience in cold beverage and snack preparation is preferred.
- Good understanding of SOPs, recipe standardization, and kitchen operations.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
