About the Role
We are looking for ambitious and results-driven Business Development Managers to drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, account management, and solution selling. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B IT sales and a proven ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and close business across enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities across Enterprise, Mid-Market, BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education, Government, and other sectors.
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, market research, and outbound prospecting.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Conduct customer meetings, solution presentations, and business requirement discussions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure while ensuring customer satisfaction and timely collections.
Preferred Educational Qualification & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA in Marketing or Business Management preferred.
Experience selling Cloud, Networking, Cyber Security, Data Center, Servers & Storage, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Virtualization, or Managed Services solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to engage with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Teams, and other key decision-makers.
Relevant Experience
3.5–8 years of experience in B2B IT Sales, Enterprise Sales, or Solution Sales.
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in lead generation, account management, and customer relationship management.
