Lighthouse Communities Foundation is looking for an experienced Program Coordinator to lead the implementation of our Lighthouse Kiran Program across Pune and PCMC. In this role, you'll work closely with schools, communities, and a dedicated field team to ensure high-quality program delivery while driving measurable impact for young people.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end implementation of the Lighthouse Kiran Program.
- Work closely with the Program Lead on planning, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Manage and mentor a team of Facilitators and Mobilisers, ensuring quality delivery and achievement of program goals.
- Conduct regular team reviews, debriefs, and capacity-building sessions.
- Build strong relationships with schools, community stakeholders, and partner organizations.
- Support community outreach, beneficiary mobilization, and awareness initiatives.
- Track program performance, monitor outcomes, and prepare donor and impact reports.
- Facilitate program sessions whenever required.
- Plan and execute workshops, training sessions, community events, and stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure timely documentation, compliance, and reporting.
- Travel across Pune and PCMC to support program implementation.
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in program coordination, project management, education, community development, or the social sector.
- Strong experience in planning, implementation, monitoring, and team management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Understanding of education, life skills, youth development, or community engagement is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- A proactive, solution-oriented professional who can work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Pune and PCMC.
