Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end property registration process for residential/commercial projects
Coordinate with customers for documentation, payment clearance, and scheduling registration
Liaise with legal team, banks, and government authorities (Sub-Registrar Office)
Ensure all legal documents (Sale Deed, Agreement, Khata, etc.) are accurate and complete
Track and maintain registration status reports and MIS
Guide customers through stamp duty, registration charges, and legal formalities
Manage appointment booking with Sub-Registrar Office
Resolve customer queries related to registration and documentation
Ensure compliance with state property laws and company policies
Maintain proper records and database in CRM sy
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of property registration process & legal documentation
Familiarity with real estate CRM software
Good coordination and communication skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
