Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager – Consumer Finance to drive business growth, finance penetration, and operational excellence across assigned territories. The role will lead Territory Managers, manage financier relationships, monitor business performance, and ensure effective implementation of consumer finance strategies across myG stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive cluster-wise consumer finance targets, revenue, profitability, and finance penetration.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Territory Managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and lending partners.
- Monitor loan approvals, rejections, TAT, documentation, and overall process efficiency.
- Analyze business performance through MIS, dashboards, and reports and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Retail teams to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct training and capability-building programs for Territory Managers and store teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financier guidelines, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Handle escalations, audits, and process improvement initiatives across assigned territories.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG qualification is an added advantage.
- 8–15 years of experience in Consumer Finance, Banking, NBFC, FinTech, Retail Finance, or related industries.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role managing field teams/business units.
- Strong knowledge of consumer finance operations and financier management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory.
- Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to manage multi-location/territory operations.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
