We are hiring a Retail Store Executive for our premium ethnic wear brand at DLF Summit Plaza, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have experience in fashion retail sales and a strong interest in ethnic wear and styling.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and provide excellent in-store customer service
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ethnic wear
Assist with trials, styling suggestions, and size guidance
Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
Handle billing, POS operations, and basic store coordination
Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales (fashion retail preferred)
Experience in ethnic wear, women’s wear, or apparel retail is an advantage
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Customer-focused and well-presented personality
Basic knowledge of fabrics and garment care
Comfortable working in a retail store environment
