Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Executive with hospital experience to oversee the maintenance and smooth functioning of hospital facilities, equipment, and utility systems. The ideal candidate should ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently while complying with hospital safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance of hospital buildings, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and utility systems.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of hospital infrastructure and essential services.
- Supervise maintenance staff and external vendors.
- Maintain records of maintenance work, service schedules, and equipment logs.
- Monitor the performance of generators, UPS, medical gas pipelines, water supply, and other utility systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hospital maintenance protocols.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related concerns.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a hospital or healthcare facility.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, and building maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
