Position: Assistant Manager – Social Media
Location: Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Client: Leading Ice cream brand
- Ensure regular, timely, and effective posting across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Maintain a consistent brand tone of voice in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage day-to-day social media operations and calendar planning.
- Ideate and execute impactful social media campaigns to promote current and new offerings.
- Explore and leverage new platform features (e.g., Reels, Shopping tools) for brand relevance and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative and engaging content.
- Monitor consumer behavior, brand trends, and competitor activities in real-time.
- Analyze conversations and insights to support content and creative strategies.
- Review platforms such as Facebook Ads Library to track competitor campaigns.
- Prepare a monthly social media dashboard covering key metrics such as:
- Campaign performance
- Content type and frequency
- Followers gained/lost
- Reach, impressions, and engagement rate
- Maintain and update marketing trackers regularly.
- Drive growth in organic reach, impressions, and follower base.
- Manage end-to-end influencer marketing, including:
- Shortlisting and onboarding influencers
- Planning content and posting strategies
- Coordinating for campaigns (especially Instagram Reels)
- Handle budgeting, negotiations, contracts, and billing with influencers and agencies.
- Act as the first point of responsibility (FPR) for managing shoots.
- Coordinate logistics including props, sourcing, and vendor management.
- Work closely with the creative team on execution and quality output.
- Respond to DMs, comments, and queries across all platforms.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns by coordinating with operations.
- Engage actively with the audience through comments, trends, and interactions.
- Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders including: Creative, Brand, Finance, Accounts, Operations, Production, and Regional Teams.
- Ensure smooth coordination for campaign execution and brand initiatives.
- Drive brand awareness through increased reach and impressions
- Build strong organic engagement and follower growth
- Deliver impactful campaigns and high-quality content
- Ensure positive customer experience across social platforms
- Experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Strong understanding of content trends and platform algorithms
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
