Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries, provide product and service information, and resolve issues with a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and able to communicate effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Handle returns, refunds, or exchanges according to company policies
Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs)
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Proven experience in customer service or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
Basic computer skills (CRM systems, MS Office, etc.)
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Preferred Skills:
Experience with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Active listening and empathy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
Full-time/Part-time (as applicable)
Shift-based work may include evenings, weekends, or holidays
