Job Summary
We are looking for an Associate Manager – Last Mile Operations to manage end-to-end last mile delivery operations. The role involves planning delivery routes, managing delivery partners/drivers, ensuring on-time deliveries, resolving escalations, and improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics, fleet management, and team handling with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Operations
- Manage daily last mile delivery operations.
- Ensure timely and successful order deliveries.
- Monitor daily dispatch and delivery performance.
- Improve delivery efficiency and reduce delays.
Route Planning
- Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum productivity.
- Allocate delivery orders based on driver capacity and location.
- Monitor route performance and suggest improvements.
Driver & Fleet Management
- Manage delivery executives, drivers, and fleet operations.
- Ensure proper driver allocation and attendance.
- Monitor driver productivity and performance.
- Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
Escalation Management
- Handle customer, driver, and operational escalations.
- Resolve delivery issues within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with customer support, warehouse, and dispatch teams.
Performance Monitoring & MIS
- Track operational KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Monitor delivery success rates and failed deliveries.
- Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
Team Coordination
- Work closely with warehouse, procurement, customer support, and regional teams.
- Ensure smooth coordination across departments.
- Support process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Monitor operational quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in Last Mile Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation.
- Experience in managing delivery teams and field operations.
- Good knowledge of Excel and operational reporting.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
