Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to design customized travel packages for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and design personalized travel itineraries
- Provide information on destinations, hotels, flights, and travel packages
- Handle bookings, reservations, and travel documentation
- Assist clients throughout their travel journey
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
- Coordinate with vendors, airlines, and hotels
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate (any field)
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Prior experience in travel industry is an advantage (but not mandatory)
