We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Chief Liaison Officer to serve as the primary point of coordination between the organization and its external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, relationship-building, and coordination skills, along with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and ensure smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central liaison between the organization and external partners, vendors, institutions, and government bodies as required.
- Facilitate communication and maintain strong professional relationships to support organizational objectives.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and documentation with stakeholders.
- Understand organizational needs and ensure timely delivery of information, approvals, and support from external parties.
- Resolve escalations or issues that arise between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support strategic initiatives by gathering insights, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring seamless execution.
- Maintain detailed records of communication, agreements, and liaison activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and partnership guidelines.
- Represent the organization in meetings, discussions, and events professionally.
- Prepare reports, updates, and presentations for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Relations, or any related field (MBA preferred).
- 1 3 years of experience in liaison, client coordination, stakeholder management, or similar roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Good understanding of organizational workflow and external coordination processes.
- Problem-solving attitude with strong follow-up capabilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
