Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP design and coordination
Experience in:
Residential, commercial, hospitality, or institutional projects
Site execution and design coordination
Working with architects, structural consultants, and contractors
Technical Skills
Knowledge of:
HVAC systems
Electrical systems & load calculations
Plumbing & drainage systems
Fire fighting & fire alarm systems
Low current / ELV systems
Professional Knowledge
Understanding of:
NBC standards
IS codes
Local authority regulations
Energy efficiency standards
Coordination drawings and shop drawings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ernakulam North, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
