If you’ve taken the courses, run a page or a few campaigns, maybe done a stint somewhere already, and realised you actually like this work and want to get serious about it, this is for you.
We’re hiring a Social Media Intern for our marketing team at our Cyberpark office in Calicut. You’ll work alongside our social media team on the content we publish, mostly on LinkedIn, and get real, hands-on reps in how a B2B brand builds an audience. You already know the theory. Here you find out what holds up in practice and what doesn’t.
As you prove yourself, you’ll get your own things to own. This is a place to sharpen what you’ve learned, not to learn it from scratch.
What you’ll do:
- Help plan and schedule posts across LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Write captions and post copy, sharpening it upon feedback from the team.
- Research topics, know the trends, and understand how competitor content performs so that we get more ideas poured in.
- Track how posts perform and help turn the numbers into simple insights.
- Jump into the day-to-day of running social for a serious B2B brand.
What we’re looking for:
- Preferably 6 months or more of social media experience, whether as an intern, in another company, or a completed internship after taking relevant courses. Not mandatory to the day, but we want someone who has already tasted the trait, not someone starting cold.
- A real grounding in social media marketing. You’ve done the courses or training and you understand the basics of how it works.
- Good written English. B2B social is writing-first, and it shows fast.
- Genuine passion for the craft. You follow brands and creators, you have opinions on what works, and you want to go deeper into digital marketing.
- Reliability: You follow through on what you take on.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn specifically is a strong plus. Cybersecurity knowledge is not needed. The curiosity to learn a technical field is.
