Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the company’s business growth by identifying new sales leads, maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to boost sales in the IT services domain, including Cloud, DevOps, and Cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services with a proven track record of generating leads, negotiating contracts, and managing key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive growth in IT services (Cloud, DevOps, and Cybersecurity).
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Amvion Labs' service offerings and communicate value propositions effectively to clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to maximize growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.
- Lead negotiations and close complex deals with enterprise clients.
- Work closely with the internal technical and project management teams to ensure successful delivery of services to clients.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company’s offerings and expand the business network.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, providing feedback to the product development and marketing teams.
- Prepare detailed proposals and reports on sales performance and pipeline activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields. MBA is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in business development within the IT services industry, preferably in Cloud, DevOps, or Cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of successfully securing and managing large-scale business deals.
- Strong understanding of the IT services landscape and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
