Senior Manager / HOD – Skill Development & Training ProgramsRole Summary
Lead and expand skill development initiatives across IT and Non-IT domains, driving business growth through fee-based, CSR-funded, and government-sponsored training programs. The role focuses on building industry partnerships, managing large-scale training operations, and creating workforce opportunities in emerging sectors such as Solar and Electric Vehicles (EV).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute skill development and training strategies.
- Drive business development and revenue through CSR, government, and corporate partnerships.
- Lead end-to-end execution of training, placement, and entrepreneurship programs.
- Manage CSR-funded projects and ensure timely, quality delivery.
- Expand and oversee multi-location training centres.
- Build industry partnerships to enhance placements and workforce development.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
- Monitor program performance, placements, revenue, and overall impact.
Qualifications & Skills
- 8–15 years of experience in Skill Development, Training, CSR, or Workforce Development.
- Strong business development and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in government schemes and CSR projects preferred.
- Knowledge of Solar, EV, or Green Energy sectors is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Management.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.

- Revenue from training and CSR programs.
- Number of beneficiaries trained, certified, and placed.
- Successful execution of CSR/government projects.
- Expansion and operational efficiency of training centres.
- Corporate and institutional partnerships developed.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
