Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and qualified English Language Trainer to enhance the English communication and language proficiency of students/employees. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging and effective training sessions focused on Spoken English, Grammar, Pronunciation, Communication Skills, and overall language development.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in teaching English as a foreign language, including exam-focused training for IELTS and PTE. The role requires the ability to design effective lesson plans, assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methodologies to suit different proficiency levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or other English language teaching certifications.
- Prior experience as an IELTS, PTE, Spoken English, or English Language Trainer.
- In-depth knowledge of IELTS and PTE test formats, scoring systems, and preparation strategies.
- Experience in designing lesson plans and conducting classroom, individual, and small-group training sessions.
- Ability to evaluate mock tests, practice tests, and learner performance.
- Strong ability to assess learner needs and provide constructive and personalized feedback.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods according to different learner proficiency levels.
- Strong classroom management, communication, time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Must be located within a commutable distance of Rohtak, Haryana.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in training students for IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, OET, Spoken English, or other English proficiency examinations.
- Additional teaching, training, or language certification will be considered an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
