Salary Range: 90k to 1 LPM
Roles:
- Identify and secure funding opportunities through corporates, trusts, foundations, government bodies, and institutional donors.
- Develop fundraising strategies to achieve annual funding targets.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with CSR heads, corporate leaders, donors, and funding agencies.
- Develop long-term partnerships for sustainable funding and collaboration.
- Prepare compelling proposals, grant applications, and partnership presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop customized funding proposals.
- Represent the organization in meetings, networking events, CSR forums, and donor interactions.
- Facilitate corporate visits, donor meetings, and partnership discussions.
- Build relationships with government departments, CSR authorities, trusts, and institutional stakeholders.
- Explore funding opportunities through public and private sector initiatives.
- Negotiate MoUs, partnership agreements, and collaboration terms.
- Ensure strong engagement and retention of existing funding partners.
- Coordinate with program teams to provide impact reports and utilization updates to donors.
- Showcase project outcomes to strengthen long-term partnerships.
Qualification:
- Bachelor//'s Degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Public Policy, Development Studies, Communications, or related field.
- MBA / MSW / Master//'s in Development Studies or CSR Management preferred.
