Position: Senior Interior Designer
Location: Kavuri Hills , Madhapur - Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Lead client meetings to understand design requirements, project scope, budgets, and timelines
2. Develop and present advanced interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and material palettes
3. Prepare and review detailed drawings, 2D/3D designs, working drawings, and technical documentation
4. Guide and mentor junior designers and design team members
5. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and site teams for smooth project execution
6. Oversee project implementation to ensure designs are executed as per approved plans and quality standards
7. Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality control
8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
9. Prepare and review BOQs, budgets, and project documentation
10. Collaborate with management on design strategies, vendor selection, and cost optimization
11. Ensure compliance with design standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
2. 2–8 years of professional experience in interior design or related industry
3. Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape
4. Strong design sensibility with excellent attention to detail
5. Excellent client communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
6. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and execution processes
7. Ability to manage projects, timelines, and design teams effectively

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
