Position: BIM Modeler

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain accurate BIM models based on design and engineering drawings.
* Create detailed 3D models using BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or equivalent.
* Coordinate models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
* Identify and resolve design clashes and modeling issues.
* Prepare drawings, schedules, and documentation as required.
* Ensure models comply with project standards and BIM requirements.
* Coordinate effectively with engineers, designers, and project teams.
Requirements
Degree in , Architecture, MEP
Strong knowledge of BIM modeling and coordination.
Proficiency in relevant BIM software.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous BIM/project experience will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
