We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural, interior, landscape, electrical, and construction drawings based on design concepts and project requirements. The candidate should have strong technical drafting skills, excellent knowledge of construction detailing, and the ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and site teams.
The Draftsman will play a critical role in converting design concepts into precise execution drawings that ensure smooth construction and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities Architectural Drafting
- Prepare complete architectural working drawings.
- Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Prepare submission and execution drawings.
- Coordinate drawings with architects and consultants.
- Revise drawings based on design changes and site requirements.

- Maintain drawing registers.
- Organize project folders and drawing archives.
- Issue drawings according to project schedules.
- Prepare drawing transmittals.
- Maintain revision history.
Coordination
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and landscape designers.
- Ensure clash-free and coordinated drawings.
- Participate in project coordination meetings.
Required Technical Skills
- Excellent knowledge of architectural drafting standards.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and detailing.
- Knowledge of building materials and construction techniques.
- Ability to interpret architectural and interior design concepts.
- Understanding of site execution requirements.
- Knowledge of municipal drawing standards.
Software Skills
The candidate should have proficiency in:
- AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- SketchUp
- Microsoft Office
- Adobe Photoshop (Basic Knowledge Preferred)
- PDF Editing Software
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in architectural and interior drafting.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
