Key Responsibilities
Sales and commercial performance
- Own regional sales targets, store budgets, profitability, and like-for-like growth.
- Improve conversion, ATV, UPT, ASP, footfall productivity, and staff productivity across stores.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly performance. Turn data into clear store-level action plans.
- Drive local store marketing, CRM outreach, catchment activations, and community initiatives with
- the central teams.Store operations and customer experience
- Ensure consistent adherence to sales SOPs, visual merchandising, grooming, roster discipline, stock processes, billing, cash controls, and store hygiene.Managers.
- Conduct frequent store visits, diagnose gaps, agree measurable actions, and track closure with Store
- Build a thoughtful and reliable experience for healthcare professionals at every customer touchpoint.
- Resolve customer escalations quickly and use recurring feedback to improve regional execution
- People leadership
- Lead, coach, and hold Store Managers accountable through clear goals, regular reviews, and on-floor
- feedback.
- Own manpower planning with HR, including hiring, onboarding, staffing productivity, attendance

- Build product knowledge and selling capability through structured training, observation, role plays,
- Create a culture of ownership, speed, respect, and customer obsession across the region.
- Partner with merchandising and supply chain teams to improve availability, size coverage,
- Protect stock and cash by maintaining strong audit controls, investigating variances, and reducing
- Work closely with Retail, HR, Finance, Marketing, VM, and Projects teams to remove store-level
- Support new store openings across North India, including manpower readiness, training, launch
- Share clear insights on catchments, competitors, customer needs, pricing, talent availability, and
- Build repeatable operating rhythms that help the region scale without losing execution quality
- Must Haves
- 6 to 10 years of experience in retail sales or store operations, including at least 3 years in a
multi-store leadership role.team engagement
- Proven experience managing Store Managers and delivering results across multiple locations.
- Strong command of retail KPIs, store P&L, business reviews, and action planning.
- Hands-on people leadership with experience in hiring, coaching, performance management, and
