We're looking for a **Senior Accounting Specialist* to join a dynamic global finance team supporting operations across *India, the US, South Africa, Kenya, Zambia, Morocco, Senegal, and other international locations.*

### Key Responsibilities
* Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
* Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with *Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP*.
* Manage multi-entity consolidations, intercompany reconciliations, and multi-currency accounting.
* Handle revenue accounting, accounts receivable, transfer pricing, and statutory reporting.
* Coordinate global audits and multi-country tax compliance.
* Support Budget vs. Actual (BVA) reporting in collaboration with FP&A teams.
* Drive ERP transformation initiatives, process automation, and continuous improvement.
* Develop and maintain robust financial controls while mentoring finance team members.
### What We're Looking For
* *Chartered Accountant (CA)* from ICAI (preferred) or ACCA/CPA/CIMA (or equivalent).
* *5+ years of progressive accounting experience* in a global or multi-entity environment.
* Strong knowledge of *IFRS, US GAAP, Ind AS*, financial reporting, consolidations, and intercompany accounting.
* Experience working with ERP systems such as *Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Unit4, or similar*.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
* Experience in the *not-for-profit* or *international development* sector.
* Exposure to donor/funder reporting.
* Experience with automation tools and AI solutions such as *Microsoft Copilot* or *ChatGPT*.
Pay: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹1,900,000.00 per year
