PositionExperienced Mathematics Academic Coach
We are looking for passionate Mathematics educators with 2–3 years of teaching experience who enjoy helping students understand concepts deeply and are eager to grow in a modern educational environment.
This position is ideal for candidates who want to move beyond traditional classroom teaching and become part of an institute focused on innovation, personalized learning, and continuous improvement.

Candidates having 2–3 years of teaching experience in:
- Schools

- Educational Academies
Experience teaching Mathematics for Grades 5 to 12 is required.
Candidates should be comfortable teaching students from one or more of the following boards:
- CBSE
- ICSE
- GSEB
- Cambridge
- IGCSE
- IB (Preferred)
- Other recognized national or international boards
Candidates having experience with board examination preparation will be preferred.

Student Mentoring
- Understand each student’s strengths and weaknesses.

Academic Planning
- Design personalized study plans.
- Prepare worksheets and assignments.
- Plan revision schedules.
- Develop practice material according to student needs.
- Support syllabus completion within timelines.
Student Performance Analysis
- Analyse student performance through tests and assignments.
- Identify conceptual gaps.
- Recommend improvement strategies.
- Monitor academic progress regularly.
AI & Technology
SEZ encourages educators to use AI as an academic assistant.
You will be encouraged to use tools such as:

These tools can be used for:
- Worksheet preparation

Prior AI experience is appreciated but not mandatory. A willingness to learn is essential.
