3+ years of experience in café, QSR, restaurant, or hospitality management
Oversee daily café operations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness and products quality
Recruit,train, schedule, and manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff
Monitor staff performance and foster a positive,team-oriented work environment
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience managing staff schedules and performance
