Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests courteously
- Present menus and explain food and beverage items
- Take guest orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel standars
- Set up and clear tables before and after service
- Maintain cleanness of the restaurant and service stations
- Assist in mise en place before service
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely service
- Handle guest requests and report complaints to the Captain or Supervisor
- Upsell menu items and promotions
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
- Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in F & B service
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge / POS system knowledge
- Ability to work rotational shifts
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
